Shipping and delivery

Order processing & Shipping

Most orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days. Processing may be delayed during periods of high order volume. We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible! Standard shipping is typically 3-7 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking numbers (please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure you have verified your shipping address before submitting your order. We are unable to update shipping information once we have shipped your package. We are not responsible to orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Color My World Dips is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For lost packages, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact the carrier to file a claim and initiate an investigation.
